    At Bee Heart Yoga, our handcrafted hoops suit all levels—from beginners finding their rhythm to seasoned flow artists exploring intricate patterns. Larger, heavier hoops build confidence and strength; lighter hoops invite faster, more detailed flows. With colorful, grippy tape and collapsible designs, our hoops combine style, function, and portability—meeting you wherever you are. 🐝 

  • Self-care massage with balls, rollers, blocks, and more is a powerful way to nurture mind, body, and spirit. Using specially designed tools, you can release tension, improve circulation, and ease pain by targeting tight muscles and connective tissue. More than a physical practice, it’s an invitation to tune into your body’s sensations, uncover held stress or emotion, and embrace the care of self.

    In our group yoga sessions, self-massage is woven into the flow—helping your body soften and release tension through mindful touch and movement. This approach encourages relaxation and balance, supporting ease of movement both on and bee-yond the mat.
